Important Parking Information

It is easiest to enter from Pikes Peak Ave.

The self-parking for our group is $10 a day and valet parking is $22 a day.

Important information for all attendees: DO NOT SCAN THE QR codes displayed in the garage, as scanning those may result in additional parking charges.

Overnight guests with reservations: Upon arrival at the front desk, guests should note their license plate number and the state that issued it and provide this information to the hotel check-in team. The Antlers team will then add you in the system so the garage gate will let you in-and-out, valid from check-in through check-out.

Local attendees / day guests (no overnight reservation) may validate parking in one of the following ways:

• A tablet will be available at the conference registration desk. Attendees will select “Validate,” enter their license plate number, and submit. A green confirmation box will appear once the process is complete.
• Or you can provide their license plate number to the front desk and let them know you are with the IDA-RMB conference as a day guest and need to validate parking.
• Note: For day guests only, each time you exit and re-enter the parking garage, you will need to re-validate your parking at the conference or front desk before leaving again.
