*Member Discounts:

To be eligible for member conference registration rates, you must be a current member of The International Dyslexia Association (IDA). Your membership number is required to receive the discount for member registration.  If you do not know your registration number, you will need to email National IDA Membership Services at to get your number before you can complete your registration. If you want to become a member before completing your registration, or if you are a new IDA member (you joined after July 1, 2017), you simply need to forward to the confirmation email that you will receive from National IDA almost immediately upon obtaining membership. This confirmation email will instantly inform us that you have recently joined, and we will contact you via email with further instructions on registering as a member.


Conference Pricing Details

  • All conference fees include continental breakfast, lunch, and additional refreshments each day.
  • Registration fees do not include transportation or lodging/accommodations while attending the conference.
  • Conference fees are refundable through Friday, September 22nd with the exception of a $30 non-refundable cancellation fee.
  • Check payments will only be accepted if postmarked by Friday, September 22nd. Late checks will incur a $30 fee.
  • Conference fees are entirely non-refundable starting Saturday, September 23rd.
  • Conference fees may be transferred to another registrant at any time during online registration by making the request through your group or individual online registration.
  • Online registration will only be available through Monday, October 2nd, or earlier if we have sold out.
  • If space is available, on-site registration will carry an additional $30 fee.

Group Registrations and Discounts

Any number of individuals can register and pay as a “group”. A group discount of $10.00 per person applies automatically once a group reaches  4 or more registrants of the same “type”, (ex. 4 members full conference, or 4 non-members Saturday only, etc.). For specifics on group registrations, follow the instructions on the registration website.


The Rocky Mountain Branch of the International Dyslexia Association invites educators, parents and students studying to become teachers, to apply for a branch scholarship. Please ensure you do not have funds from other resources such as your school, district, the BOCES, CDE, etc. before applying. Payment Details

Registration will only be available online through Monday, October 2nd, or earlier if we sell out prior to then. Conference fees may be paid using a credit card (via PayPal), or by check (postmarked by September 17th for early-bird, or September 22nd for regular pricing). Please mail your check to us at IDA-RMB, 740 Yale Road, Boulder CO 80305. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can use most any major credit card to easily set one up. Credit card payment through PayPal is the preferred payment method because it is the most secure method and transactions are immediately processed.  Unlike a check payment, with a credit card payment (via PayPal) your registration will be quickly confirmed. Purchase Order Payments will NOT be accepted this year.

Registration Confirmation and Receipts/Invoices

Shortly after you register, you will receive an email confirmation stating only that your registration has been received/completed. Not until your payment is received in full, will you be sent the final confirmation email that states you are actually “confirmed” to attend the conference. You can print or email a receipt/invoice by going to the “Registration Complete” page of your personal or group online registration.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

You can cancel your registration on or before Friday, September 22, 2017 and receive a refund, minus the $30 cancellation fee. There are no refunds after September 22nd, but you are welcome to transfer your registration to another person by making the request/change through your online registration. Please note that member level conference registration may only be transferred to another active IDA member.

Certificate of Attendance / Graduate Credit

Certificates of Attendance indicating either 7 contact hours (one-day), or 14 contact hours (two-days), will be available in exchange for your conference evaluation no sooner than 30 minutes before the end of the final session each day.  Adams State Graduate Credit will be available for .5 or 1.0 fall semester credit hours. Online registration for ASU credit will be available soon, or you may register in person at the conference.
