*Member Discounts and Instructions:

  • To be eligible for member conference registration rates, you must be a current paying member of The International Dyslexia Association (IDA).
  • Free IDA Starter and Classroom Teacher memberships do not qualify for conference discounts.
  • Your membership number is required on the Payment page of the registration process to receive the member discount. If you do not know your membership number, you will need to email National IDA Membership Services at member@dyslexiaida.org to get your number before you can complete your registration.
  • If you are a newly joined or renewed IDA member (you joined or renewed after July 30, 2021), simply forward us the confirmation email that you receive from National IDA. Please send it to ida_rmb@yahoo.com. Because IDA’s membership system and our conference system are not connected, this confirmation email will inform us that you have recently joined, and we will contact you via return email with further instructions on registering as a member.
  • IMPORTANT NOTE: IDA Parent or Teacher Membership is $50 a year, and members save $65 on registration for this conference!

Conference Pricing Highlights

  • Conference fees for in-person attendees include continental breakfast, lunch, and additional refreshments each day. Virtual attendees will not receive any meals or refreshments.
  • Registration fees do not include transportation, parking, outside meals, lodging/accommodations, or any other related expenses while attending the conference.
  • Conference fees are refundable through Monday, September 15th with the exception of a $30 non-refundable cancellation fee. There are no refunds after September 15th, unless by explicit permission by our conference committee.
  • Conference fees may be transferred to another registrant during the online registration period by emailing us at ida_rmb@yahoo.com. Please note that member level conference registration may only be transferred to another active IDA member. Partial registration transfers (one day out of two) will incur extra fees. See our Terms & Conditions for more information about transfers.
  • Online registration will only be available through Tuesday, September 28th, or earlier if we have sold out.
  • There will be no on-site registration this year.
  • Conference check-in for in-person attendees will occur between 7-8 am each morning at the hotel. Virtual attendees will be asked to sign in to the Zoom link at least 15 minutes before 8am Mountain Time (Colorado) each day. Both In-Person and Virtual attendees will receive more instructions about attendance closer to the event.
